Q) How long does it take to dispatch the order?
A) Custom orders take 2-3 days to dipatch.
Q) What is the return/exchange policy?
A) Custom products are non-returnable. We only offer exchange for custom products.
Q) How can I claim the replacement if the harness breaks in 6 months?
A) Please note that the guarantee can only be availed in case of breakage of the D-ring or the straps. Normal wear and tear is not included. The replacement will be granted post receiving and inspection at our warehouse. To book a replacement under 6 months from the date of purchase, please WhatsApp us on along with the image of the product.
Q) When can I book an exchange?
A) We offer free 7 days exchange policy from the delivery date. Exchange is only valid in case of manufactuirng defects in the product sent by us. Please note that you will be asked for the pictures of the product with original packaging to approve the exchange request.
Q) What size will fit my pet?
A) We suggest checking the size chart and then ordering the size matches your pet's measurements. If your pet falls between 2 sizes, we suggest ordering the bigger one.
