1. How long will  it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed in 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location.

2. How can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp with a tracking number.

3. How to raise a return / exchange request?

      Step 1: Click on Orders & Returns.

Step 2: Click on Create Exchange / Return.

Step 3: Enter Order ID and Mobile Number/Email Address.

3. What is your refund policy?

After the return is received at our warehouse, the refund is automatically initiated in the next 3-5 working days in case of refund in original payment method and 1-2 working days in case of store credits.

4. Are there any items that are not eligible for returns or exchanges?

Yes, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized products, beds & mats, dog toys, and items purchased during sales (unless received damaged or spoiled).

5. What are the circumstances in which returns and exchanges will not be eligible?

Returns and exchanges will not be eligible if the product is damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer, if the request is raised after 7 business days of the delivery date, if the product is used or altered, if the return is attempted without the original packaging including price tags, labels, and other accessories, or if the original packaging is damaged. Additionally, items purchased at a discounted price are also not eligible for return/exchange.

6. Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can cancel the order from My Orders section. Cancellations can be made before the product is dispatched.

7. What is your shipping policy?

We offer free shipping on all orders.

8. How do i know which size to buy for my pet?

Each product page includes a size chart and size recommendations to help you choose the correct size. If you're still unsure, feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.
