Refund policy

Please make sure that you raise an exchange/return request within 7 days of the product delivery.

To start exchange/return request , follow the following steps

  Step 1: Click on Orders & Returns.

Step 2: Click on Create Exchange / Return.

Step 3: Enter Order ID and Mobile Number/Email Address.

Step 4: Choose the item you want to raise an exchange/return for and then click on Return or Exchange Button.

Step 5: In case of exchanges, select the size you want to exchange the product for and in case of return, select the mode through which you would like the refund to be processed.

 

Please note that for COD orders, you will have to provide us with a UPI ID or Bank Account details to process the refund.

 

Note: Refunds are processed within 3-4 business days post receiving & quality check at our warehouse.

For smoother returns, make sure your product must be in its original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will send someone to pick up the product from you.

 

It takes 3-4 working days to reach at our warehouse post pickup.

 

We will NOT accept returns or exchanges for the following items (unless received damaged or spoilt):

  • Personalised products
  • Beds & Mats
  • Dog Toys 

Returns and exchanges will not be eligible in the following circumstances:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer
  • If request is raised after 7 business days of delivery date
  • Product is used or altered
  • Returned attempted without original packaging including, price tags, labels, and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged

For order cancellation, please go to my orders and cancel the order there.

Cancellations can be made before the product is dispatched.
